Sawblade Software will be releasing Power Game Factory. This product will allow (supposedly) the cretion of side scrolling games with no programming. Wow. that’s a bold statement..I don’t know how you can make a great game without programming. Some sort of development will be needed. Baltimore City is trying to block charter schools fom getting the allocated funding. The state says that students who go to charter schools should get the amount of funding that other kids get. If you add up the school district’s costs and divide by the amount of students, that equals about $11,000. The city says that with put $13 million strain on the already strained budget.
