Is there something like a #Baltimore Almanac that lists the number of employees in each city agency (including BCPS) by year? In my ideal situation, it would go back to 1970.
So I could look up DPW in 1994 and see how many people work there…

@turtlekiosk Legal liability. If you made an adapter to fit one battery on another tool and something went bad, who is to blame? The battery, the tool, or the adapter.
To be fair,I had to put a disclaimer on all images of a tool when I shot it without a safety to illustrate a part.Liability.
