It seems as if the future of automobiles was realized in the 70’s but squashed by the EPA. Dr Victor Wouk developed a hybrid car in the mid-70’s. Is this that story we always heard about that said the auto manufacturers kept a car that gets 100 mpg hidden from the public? The 100 mpg could have been an exageration and the EPA could have easily been influenced by Oil/Car companies in a post oil-embargo world. ...
