@RussRanocchia @JanaBlade1 Yes, I agree Democrats run the city and have since the mid-1900s. I’m not blaming anyone…I’m saying here’s the current situation and it is holding back the city from being successful…like I posted earlier, we’re the only major city on the E Coast who lost population in 2010’s 🔄 0 👍 0 Original URL

@RussRanocchia @JanaBlade1 I said that neighborhood income inequality was growing. Household income inequality is growing everywhere, Baltimore has a unique neighborhood income inequality problem more than likely due to terrible policies. 🔄 0 👍 0 Original URL

@RussRanocchia @JanaBlade1 make $105.78 a day. BUT, based on the inflation data I found, costs are about 5% higher from 2016 so I would need $105 just to meet what I was in 2016. If I made 105.78, then I’m only up $0.78 a day. Effectively I’ve moved up .78% in 2 years while GDP was up 2.9% 🔄 0 👍 0 Original URL

@RussRanocchia @JanaBlade1 Right, I understand it is from one year but what I’m saying is that raise/wage increase effectively gets wiped out because of inflation. let’s say I made $100 a day in 2016. In 2017, assuming avg merit increase, I now made 102.90 a day. At the end of 2018, I’ll make [1/] 🔄 0 👍 0 Original URL

@RussRanocchia @JanaBlade1 Prices today are 4.99% higher from 2016 due to inflation. So, Maricopa’s AZ wage growth is pretty much wiped out. 🔄 0 👍 0 Original URL

@HarlanRoberts4 @RNRMaryland @GovLarryHogan Is that where they have access to transportation to secure decent jobs or do they live in neighborhoods that were red-lined through overtly racist policies and laws? Wow, .@elipousson shows us people were complaining about vacant homes and identifying them in #Baltimore since 1965 #BaltimoreDataDay . Information was kept in a folder and then on punch cards. 🔄 3 👍 3 Original URL
